Born in Temple, Texas, and raised in the Killeen area, I have a deep appreciation for the Central Texas communities I proudly serve. As a licensed Texas real estate professional with four years of property management experience, I specialize in managing both single-family and multifamily residential properties throughout Central Texas, from Killeen to Austin. Having managed portfolios of more than 200 units, I have developed a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations required to maximize property performance while providing exceptional service to both property owners and residents.

Throughout my career, I have been responsible for leasing, marketing, tenant screening, move-ins and move-outs, property inspections, lease renewals, owner communication, and working with Section 8 housing programs. I pride myself on responding quickly to owner and tenant concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and building long-term relationships through honesty, transparency, and consistent communication. My goal is to protect my clients’ investments while creating positive experiences that encourage tenant retention and long-term occupancy.

As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, I am able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of owners, tenants, vendors, and community partners. I believe that strong communication and proactive management are the foundation of successful property management, and I strive to ensure every property is managed with the same level of care and attention I would give my own investment.

Being a lifelong Central Texan has given me valuable insight into the local rental market and the unique needs of property owners and residents throughout the region. I am passionate about helping owners maximize the value of their investments while providing tenants with a positive rental experience built on professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with my family. I bring that same level of energy, dedication, and teamwork into my professional career, always focused on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with the clients and communities I serve.
